If you need to remove a student from a client account, such as if a student leaves your organization, follow the steps described below.
Note that you must have the Client Account Manager role for your organization in order to remove a student from a client account.
- Login to the Education Services Portal (ESP).

Go to TU Management > Client Account.

Click User Management. Filter for the student account, as needed.
- If the student currently has Training Units (TU's), the balance will be shown in the Available TUs column. Reclaim all of the TU's from the student as described in How to Reclaim Training Units from a Student.

When the student has zero Available TU's, they can be removed from the Client Account. Select Actions > Remove User.

Click Remove to finalize removing the student.
