The Education Services Portal (ESP) replaced LearnF5 in June 2025. If you had an account in LearnF5, your F5 ID, login credentials, and learning transcript automatically migrated to the new ESP.
If you want to create an account for F5 training and certification, follow these steps:
1. Go to the Education Services Portal at education.f5.com
2. Click on the SIGN IN button in the top right
3. Click on the SIGN UP link below the email field
4. Complete the required fields: First Name, Last Name, Email, Country, Password. You will receive an email with a link to complete your registration. Because the email contains an active link, some mail systems may mark the email as SPAM/Junk. Please check those folders if you do not receive the email within an hour of registration.
5. Click on the Activate Account link.
6. This will take you to the F5 2-step authentication menu. Select your preferred two-factor authentication method.
First time login note: You have the option of selecting a second authentication. You can select another 2-step authentication or choose Finish to complete registration.
