How to create an account in the Education Services Portal (ESP)

The Education Services Portal (ESP) replaced LearnF5 in June 2025. If you had an account in LearnF5, your F5 ID, login credentials, and learning transcript automatically migrated to the new ESP.

If you want to create an account for F5 training and certification, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Education Services Portal at education.f5.com

2. Click on the SIGN IN button in the top right

3. Click on the SIGN UP link below the email field

4. Complete the required fields: First Name, Last Name, Email, Country, and press Continue. 

5. You will receive an email from Identity Support with the subject Verify Your Email Address. The email contains a 6-digit code. Please check your Spam/Junk folders if you do not receive the email within an hour of registration.

6. Enter the 6-digit code in the F5 Login screen.

7. Create a password for your account.

8. You will be prompted to select a multi-factor authentication method

Once you have selected your MFA, you can complete your login and your account will be set.
