How to sign in to the Education Services Portal

Beginning August 10, 2026, Education Services Portal switched to Auth0 for customer identity. When logging in for the first time after August 10, you may need to reset your MFA.

The home for F5 customer training is the Education Services Portal (ESP) at education.f5.com. This new site replaces LearnF5 and integrates seamlessly with F5 support platforms, including MyF5, DevCentral, and others.

First time login:

To access the portal for the first time, please log in using the F5 Single Sign-On (SSO) system with your email address.

1. Go to education.f5.com

2. Use your F5 SSO email address and password to login. 

NOTE: You may be prompted to reset your MFA or select Auth0

3. After logging in, go to My Profile to verify your demographic data.

Access paid training:

To find your active training transcript, simply click on the Courses tab for a list of In Progress, Saved, and Completed courses. 

Check ILT registrations:

To find current ILT registrations, click on the ILT tab and scroll down to see Upcoming and Past sessions.
