If a student no longer needs Training Units (TU's), such as if a student leaves your organization or a student no longer needs TU's to pay for training, the TU's can be reclaimed and assigned to another student. Follow these steps to reclaim TU's. Note that you must have the Client Account Manager role for your organization in order to reclaim TU's.
- Login to the Education Services Portal (ESP).

Go to TU Management > Client Account.

Locate the TU Code from which you would like to reclaim TU's and click the chevron to expand it.

Locate the Credit from which you would like to reclaim TU's and select Actions > Reclaim.

Enter the No of Credits (TU's) that you would like to reclaim and the Reason for reclaiming. Click Submit.
- Repeat steps 3-5 as necessary to reclaim all of the TU's from a particular student.
