**UPDATE June 30, 2025**
Customer training courses and materials have moved from LearnF5 to the new learning hub: the F5 Education Services Portal. The F5 Education Services Portal (ESP) combines training and certification in one platform connected to your F5 SSO to login.
(Note: During the content migration, customer training material was unavailable. As with any major site migration, there may be some bugs to resolve following the go-live. Please contact the Education Services team to report any issues.)
What do you need to do?
Simply sign in to the new Education Services Portal on June 30.
Your F5 ID and learning transcript will migrate to the new site, and you can login with your F5 ID credentials.
What’s changing?
Easier to use: You can find new training courses, view your transcript, register for self-directed and instructor-led training, and check Training Unit balance. The new platform is also connected to the F5 Certification program, so you can track certification status and learning progress in one convenient location.
Easier to buy: Credit card transactions are now accepted worldwide. (Previously, credit card transactions were limited to US and Canada.)
What isn’t changing?
Your learning history will stay the same. You will still have access to your transcript and active courses. Instead of logging in to LearnF5, simply login to the Education Services Portal to access training and accreditation materials.
What do F5 Partners need to do?
F5 Partners will continue to access Partner Central and LearnF5 for Partner-related training. The ESP is for customer training and certification.
How do you create an ESP account?
If you had a LearnF5 Account, your F5 ID and learning transcript will migrate to the new site. You will be able to login on June 30 with your existing F5 ID credentials.
To create a new account, read How to create an account in the Education Services Portal (ESP)
