New Education Services Portal Replaces LearnF5 for Training and Accreditation

**UPDATE June 17, 2025**

From June 20 - 30, 2025 customer training courses and materials will be unavailable during the content migration from LearnF5 to the new Education Services Portal.

Customer training courses and materials are moving from LearnF5 to a new learning hub: the F5 Education Services Portal. The F5 Education Services Portal (ESP) combines training and certification in one platform connected to your F5 SSO to login.

The content migration will take up to ten days, and customer training material will be unavailable until the new site launches June 30, 2025.

What do you need to do?

Be prepared for a content freeze until the new site goes live June 30. F5 training courses will be unavailable for during the content migration June 20 - June 30. 

Your F5 ID and learning transcript will migrate to the new site. You will be able to login on June 30 with your F5 ID credentials. 

What’s changing?

The new Education Services Portal is easier to use. You will be able to view your transcript, find new training courses, register for training and accreditation courses, check Training Unit balance, and more. The new platform is also connected to the F5 Certification program, so you can track certification status and learning progress in one convenient location.

What isn’t changing?

Your learning history will stay the same. You will still have access to your transcript and active courses. Instead of logging in to LearnF5, simply login to the Education Services Portal to access training and accreditation materials.

What do F5 Partners need to do?

F5 Partners will continue to access Partner Central and LearnF5 for Partner-related training. The ESP is for customer training and certification.

How do you create an ESP account?

If you had a LearnF5 Account, your F5 ID and learning transcript will migrate to the new site. You will be able to login on June 30 with your existing F5 ID credentials.
