F5 is introducing an upgraded and streamlined login experience that is designed to be more secure for customer-facing F5 applications, transitioning to the Auth0 platform from Okta.
This upgrade is part of our ongoing commitment to supporting a secure user experience for customers. By the end of July, you will be able to access all F5 applications with oneF5 identity.
Implementation of the new login system is rolling out in phases, and the Education Services Portal (ESP) will migrate on August 4, 2026.

What is changing?
You will be required to enroll in Multi-Factor Authentication when logging in to the ESP after August 4.
You do not need to create a new F5 account; your Okta password will be migrated to the Auth0 platform.
What is not changing?
Your email address and existing password will remain the same. Your Okta password will be migrated to the Auth0 platform. The instructions below will walk you through the simple, one-time (Multi-Factor Authentication) MFA setup process and will explain what this change means for you.
Do I have to create a new account in Auth0?
No, you will only be required to enroll in Multi-Factor Authentication. Your Okta password will be migrated to the Auth0 platform.
Can I use the same email address?
Yes! Please use the same email address to ensure a consistent and unified user experience.
Action: Follow the Setup Process:
To access the ESP on August 4, you will use your existing password, but will need to setup new MFA to proceed. When signing in, simply follow the instructions as you sign in.
