The F5 Education Services policy allows paid training seats to be rescheduled up to two times, as long we receive at least five business days’ notice. More than two cancellations will result in the forfeit of the full course fee and/or any future seat assignments. No-shows will also forfeit the full course fee and/or any future seat assignments.
To change your scheduled class date, log into the Education Services Portal (ESP) and hover over the user icon in the upper right corner to select My Profile
Click on Purchases to find your class and then click View Event.
Select Cancel Registration from the Actions drop-down menu.
Click the red Cancel Registration button to confirm your choice to cancel.
You will see a message that your enrollment has been cancelled. You will receive an email confirming the cancellation.
To request a refund, send an email to support@mail.education.f5.com. Please provide the name and date of the session from which you cancelled and request your refund. We can only make refunds to the original method of payment used for the class.
Or you can select a new class date. Find a session on the instructor-led training (ILT) events calendar and click on the class name. Then click the Register button.
The Confirm Registration pop-up will not show a price, since you have already made payment. Click Submit.
You will see a message that you are registered for the new session.
You will receive an email confirmation with your new training date.
Please note, you can only reschedule to a new session of the exact same course. If you wish to take a different class, you will need to request a refund and then make a new purchase for the different class.
