To receive a tax refund, the request must go through the credit card processing agency for the Education Services Portal (ESP), Paddle.
Please follow the steps below to request a refund.
- Locate your Receipt: Find the Paddle transaction email containing your receipt.
- Contact Support: Email assist@paddle.com or use the chatbot on paddle.net.
- Provide Documentation: Include your Order ID and your tax exemption certificate, tax ID, or VAT ID in the request.
- Wait for Review: Paddle's team will review the documentation to confirm eligibility.
- Verification: Once approved, the tax amount will be refunded to your original card or PayPal account within a few days.
