Why can't I use my Training Units?

First, your Education Services Portal (ESP) user account must be associated with the Training Units before you can spend them. Training Units are assigned by your company's Technical Contact. Please contact support@mail.education.f5.com to verify that your account is properly linked.

Second, your Training Units may be expired. Training Units are issued with an expiration date which is typically one-year after purchase (although some contracts may specify an extended expiration date). Contact support@mail.education.f5.com to verify your Training Unit expiration date.
