How to check your Training Unit balance

Your Training Unit balance is stored on the Education Services Portal (ESP), the F5 learning management portal.  

To check your Training Unit balance, take these steps:

1. Log into the Education Services Portal
2. Hover over the profile image in the upper right
3. Your TU balance is displayed beneath your email address

If you are your company's Technical Contact, you can view the Training Unit balance for your organization by taking these steps:

1. Log into the Education Services Portal
2. Select TU Management > Client Accounts

3. Click the carrot next to a TU Code to see detailed information such as the original number of TU's issued, the remaining balance of TU's that can be allocated, the expiration date, individual allocations, the number of TU's used and purchases made by students.
