What are Training Units?

Training Units (TU) are digital currency for training in LearnF5 ($52.50 value per TU). You may obtain Training Units either as an add-on to your product or service order or purchase them individually. Instructor-led courses start at 22 Training Units per day, per student ($1155).

Training Units may also be used to purchase self-directed training, Learning Paths, and private instructor-led training. For more details on pricing, please see: Price List for Training Services

Please note that Training Units do expire. Training Units are issued with an expiration date which is typically one-year after purchase (although some contracts may specify an extended expiration date).

Contact your F5 sales representative to purchase Training Units (part number: F5-TRG-PROD-UNIT). Training Units cannot be purchased directly in LearnF5.

If your company has already purchased Training Units, then you will have a TU keycode that enables you to checkout at no additional cost when you select premium training on LearnF5. If your company has purchased TUs, but you have not received a keycode please contact support@mail.education.f5.com with your purchase order number.
