Answer:
Most demographic information (email, address, etc.) can be changed by logging into the F5 Candidate portal (https://cp.certmetrics.com/f5certified/en/login), going to "demographics", and updating your information.
The only thing you cannot change is your name. Since your name must match your government issued ID, it is important that this is correct. If you need to update the name on your account, please submit a request.
NOTE: Changing your information in the F5 candidate portal will automatically update your information at Pearson VUE. There is no need to request changing it anywhere else.

1. Click on "My Information" in the left navigation menu to update preferred name, password, address, and email preferences.
