How do I modify my Certification account?

Most demographic information (preferred name, address, etc.) can be changed by logging into the F5 Education Services Portal https://education.f5.com going to My Profile and updating your information. Changes to your given name and email address require administrative support.

To change your email:

1. Register for a NEW account with your new email address at - Welcome to Education.F5.Com
2. Submit a Merge Request to merge your old account with your new account - How do I connect my F5 SSO account with my F5 Certified account? (Merge Account)
3. The F5 Education Services team will approve the Merge Request to connect your historic certification and training data to your new email address.

To change your name:

Your name must match your government issued identification, so it is important that the information in the Education Services Portal matches your identification. If you need to update the name on your account, please submit a request to support@mail.education.f5.com

NOTE: Changing your information in the F5 Education Services will automatically update your information at Pearson VUE and Certiverse.  There is no need to request changing it anywhere else.
