What is Education.F5.com?
The Education Services Portal (ESP) is a new and improved platform for learning, certification, and accreditation replacing LearnF5 (training) and the Candidate Portal (certification).
How do I sign in to the ESP?
If you had a LearnF5 account or F5 ID, follow these steps:
1. Go to education.f5.com
2. Click on the Sign In button in the top right
3. Enter the email address and password you used for LearnF5
(Note: This should be the same credentials you use for F5 Support, MyF5, etc.)
How do I register for the F5 Certified program?
If you are new to the F5 Certified program, follow these steps to register. (If you already have an account, please follow the steps in How to login to the F5 Candidate Portal)
1. Go to education.f5.com
2. Click on the Sign In button in the top right
3. This will take you to the login page, where you can click Sign Up
4. Complete the required fields (First Name, Last Name, Email, Password)
NOTE: To connect your certification data to your F5 account, use the email address you use in the ESP (formerly LearnF5), F5 Support, MyF5, DevCentral, etc.
5. Check your email for the Account Confirmation email, and click on the Confirm Account link
6. This will take you to the F5 2-step authentication menu. Select your preferred two-factor authentication method.
7. Select Verify
First time login note: You have the option of selecting a second 2-step authentication. You can select another 2-step authentication or choose Finish to complete registration.
How do I connect my F5 accounts to my Certification account?
If you already have an F5 SSO account and an F5 Certified account, but you use different email addresses for the accounts, you will need to request an Account Merge to connect your accounts.
1. Login to education.f5.com using your F5 SSO email and password
2. Go to the SUPPORT drop down menu
3. Select ACCOUNT MERGE
4. Complete the required fields in the Account Merge form
