If you are the Technical Contact for your company and you have Training Units that your company has purchased, you can assign Self-Directed Training (SDT) courses to the people in your organization by following these steps.
- Login to the Education Services Portal (ESP).
- Determine the SDT courses that you would like to assign, along with their associated cost in Training Units. You can navigate to Training > Self-Directed Training (SDT) to see a list.
- Assign Training Units as needed to the people in your organization that you would like to assign the training to, as described in How to Authorize Users for Training Units.

Navigate to TU Management > Client Account.

Click User Management and locate the student of interest.

Select Actions > Assign Course for the student of interest.

Select the check box for the course that you want to assign and click Okay.

The Assign Course pop-up will show the cost of the course. Click Yes to complete the assignment.

You have purchased the course on behalf of the student. The student can access the course by taking these steps:
a. Login to the ESP.
b. Hover over the profile icon in the upper right and click My Profile.
c. Click Purchases.
d. Click View Course.
