Our exams are only in English. There are a number of reasons, but the most significant is the difficulty associated with developing valid psychometric exams in all of the languages our candidates speak natively. In order to localize our exams in any other language, they need to be developed in that language natively. That would require teams in each country dedicated to creating and maintaining each language-specific exam series, something we simply do not have the capacity to do.
However, we do include non-native English speakers in the development of the exams, including writing many of the questions. This is done to minimize the exams being a test of English proficiency. We also give non-native speakers more time to take the exams to accommodate working through the English questions. Finally, we invite anyone, including non-native English speakers, to beta test the exams to, again, minimize bad questions with ambiguous language. While these efforts are not perfect, a recently completed study shows only minor differences in pass rates between native and non-native English speakers; in effect, being a non-native English speaker does not correlate with your chances of passing or failing the exam.
