If you are having trouble resetting your password to access the new Education Services Portal (F5 Candidate Portal migrating to a new platform: December 2024), here are a few quick tips:
- Make sure you are trying to login at https://education.f5.com/ ... F5 no longer uses CertMetrics and you cannot login, or manage your account/credentials on that system.
- The Education Services Portal uses the F5 SSO Identity system. If you have never used MyF5, Support, LearnF5, or DevCentral, you probably do not have an F5 SSO identity. We did NOT move the certification accounts into the SSO system. This means that you will need to CREATE a new account; you cannot "reset" the password on your old account, because it doesn't exist in the SSO system.
These are two most common challenges with accessing the new system.
