The F5 Certified candidate portal moved to education.f5.com in December 2024. The new portal connects to F5 support sites including MyF5, LearnF5, DevCentral, and more. The first time you log into the new candidate portal, you will need to login via the F5 SSO system.
How to login:
Do you have an F5 SSO login (used for LearnF5, MyF5, DevCentral, etc.)?
If YES, login to the candidate portal using that identity:
1. Go to education.f5.com
2. Use your F5 SSO email address and password to login. If your F5 SSO email is the same as the primary email address on your certification account, you should be able to see your certification history when you login.
3. After logging in, go to My Profile and verify your demographic data, exam history, and certification status are correct.
NOTE: If you have an F5 SSO account but your email is DIFFERENT than the primary email address on your certification account, you need to submit an Account Merge request:
1. After logging in, go to Support in the top right corner next to your profile icon and select Account Merge
2. Enter the email address associated with your Certification account
3. In the Description field, please provide your F5 Candidate ID and any other information that will help our team verify your account (phone number, mailing address, etc)
4. Click Save
Account merges will be processed quickly as possible. Please note, a merge may take up to 72 hours depending on volume and date of request.
If you do NOT have an existing F5 SSO login, you will need to create one:
1. Go to education.f5.com and click SIGN IN
2. This will open the login page; click on the Sign Up to create an F5 account
NOTE: We recommend using the email address associated with your existing F5 Certified ID, to ensure your certification history is connected to your account immediately.
2. Check your email for the Account Activation request, and click on the Account Activation link in that email
3. Select your preferred 2-factor authentication method
4. Enter the appropriate authentication code and click finish
5. Sign in and confirm the Candidate Agreement
