F5 Candidate Portal migrating to a new platform: December 2024

Beginning December 10, the F5 Certified candidate portal is migrating to a new platform. The transition period will take a few business days, and some services may not be available during the data migration.

Activities that may be affected during the migration period:

• Exam Scheduling: Exams can be taken at Pearson VUE during the migration, but scheduling may not be available. If you need to cancel or reschedule an exam, contact Pearson VUE directly: https://www.pearsonvue.com/us/en/f6.html
• Exam Delivery: Online exams scheduled and paid for via Certiverse should be completed BEFORE December 9, including practice exams. 
• Exam Score Reports: Exam results and score reports may be delayed during the maintenance window. All exam details will be recorded and processed, but you might not receive a score report within the regular 24 hour period. All exam results will be available when the new platform is live.
• Badges/Certification Status: Existing certifications and badges will continue to be available via Credly. New certifications earned during the migration will be processed, though badges may not be issued until the transition is complete.
• Account Settings: It will NOT be possible to make changes to your account details during the content migration. Any updates to demographic information including email address, name, or mailing address will be made when the new platform is live.

Ultimately, the new platform will offer an improved experience for candidates and make it easier to implement future enhancements to F5 training and certification. Most importantly, the new site SSO enablement will allow you to access your complete F5 Certified history via the same credentials you use to connect to all of your other F5 resources. Going forward, you will only need one F5 login for certification, training, MyF5, support services, and more.
