Answer:
Currently, the process used to record your course completions, process them, and issue Credly badges is not entirely automated, nor is it real-time. Records are typically updated on a daily (work-day) basis, and credentials issued the following day. This means that you are unlikely to receive accreditation for up-to 48 hours after you complete the required courses (and potentially longer over the weekend).
If you have not seen your credentials issued within a business week, please open a support ticket to have us investigate.
Example:
Let's say you complete your required courses on a Tuesday. While we record the completions in real-time, those records will not be pulled and sent to the credential management system until Wednesday. Those records will not be processed by the credential management system until early (US) Thursday morning, at which time Accreditation will be issued if achieved.
If you complete your required courses on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday (US Time), the records will not be pulled until Monday morning, and processed Tuesday morning.
