How do I reset my F5 candidate certification portal password or retrieve my candidate ID?

To reset your F5 password, go to Education Services Portal and follow the steps below.

NOTE: The Education Services portal is connected to F5 SSO. When trying to reset or retrieve your password, use the email address affiliated with your F5 SSO. 

1. Enter your email address, and click on the Continue button. 

2. In the next screen, click on the Reset password link to begin the reset process.

3. You will receive an email from Identity Support with the subject Confirm Your Password Change

4. Open the email, copy the 6-digit code from the email, and enter that code into the F5 login screen:
