To reset your F5 candidate portal password, simply go to the F5 Candidate Portal, click the "Need help signing in" link.
NOTE: The candidate portal is connected to F5 SSO. When trying to reset or retrieve your password, use the email address affiliated with your F5 SSO.
If you do NOT have an F5 SSO, you will need to create an account:
1. Go to account.f5.com, and select Sign up
2. Fill in the required fields:
3. You will receive an account activation email. Click the link in that email to Activate Account.
4. Select a 2-Step Authentication (this will be used every time you login)
5. After selecting a two-factor authentication method, you can choose a backup two-factor authentication OR select FINISH.
You now have an F5 SSO account that can be used to access LearnF5, MyF5, F5 Support, F5 Certification and more.
Common issues with resetting your account password: Can't reset my Certification password.
