To reset your F5 password, simply go to Education Services Portal, and click the Sign In button.
NOTE: The Education Services portal is connected to F5 SSO. When trying to reset or retrieve your password, use the email address affiliated with your F5 SSO.
Enter your email address, and click on the Forgot Password link.
If you do NOT have an F5 SSO account, you will need to create an account:
1. Go to account.f5.com/rockwell and select Sign up
2. Fill in the required fields:
3. You will receive an account activation email. Click the link in that email to Activate Account.
4. Select a 2-Step Authentication method (this will be used every time you login)
5. After selecting a two-factor authentication method, you can choose a backup two-factor authentication method OR select FINISH.
You now have an F5 SSO account that can be used to access the Education Services Portal, MyF5, F5 Support, and more.
Common issues with resetting your account password: Can't reset my Certification password.
