Unlike many certification programs, F5 requires candidates to enroll in our program before they are allowed to take any BIG-IP or NGINX exams.  This allows us to ensure that only those individuals who have a real intention in achieving certification ever see any of our exams, helping us protect the integrity and value of the certifications earned.

Enrolling in the program is simple: 

Example:

1. Go to the F5 Candidate Portal at education.f5.com
2. Click on the SIGN IN button in the top right
3. Click on the SIGN UP link

   4. Complete the required fields (First Name, Last Name, Email, Country, Password)

   NOTE: The Candidate Portal is now connected to F5 SSO. To align your certification data to your F5 account, use the email address you use in LearnF5, F5 Support, MyF5, DevCentral, etc.

   You will get an email with a link to complete your registration. Because it contains an active link, some mail systems mark the email as SPAM/Junk. Please check those locations if you do not receive the email within a hour of registration.

   5. Click on the Confirm Account link.

   6. This will take you to the F5 2-step authentication menu. Select your preferred two-factor authentication method.

   7. Select Verify

   First time login note: You have the option of selecting a second 2-step authentication. You can select another 2-step authentication or choose Finish to complete registration.
