How do I reschedule or cancel an exam appointment?

You can schedule, reschedule, or cancel exam appointments at Pearson VUE via the candidate portal. 

To Reschedule or Cancel:

1. Login to the F5 Candidate portal;
2. Select EXAM CATALOG from the CERTIFY drop down menu
3. Find the exam you wish to reschedule 
4. Click on the SCHEDULE NOW button to go to the Exam Scheduling Page
5. Click on the RESCHEDULE button
6. You will be automatically logged into the test delivery provider to complete the process;
7. Follow the directions to reschedule or cancel your exam.
