How do I schedule an F5 Certified exam? – F5 Education Services

F5 Certified exams are available through two different test delivery providers:

Pearson VUE offers in-person exams at test centers worldwide.
Certiverse offers online exams delivered via remote proctor.

Follow these instructions to schedule an exam:

1. Login to the Education Services Portal

2. Select EXAM CATALOG from the CERTIFY drop down menu

3. Locate the exam you are eligible for, and click the Schedule Now button

3. The Schedule Now button will take you to the exam scheduling page where you can schedule, reschedule, or cancel your exam.

NOTE: If you go to the exam scheduling page and you are NOT eligible for that exam, you won't be able to schedule that exam. Instead, you will see details about pre-requisites and your current exam status.

4. Click on the Schedule, Reschedule, or Cancel an Exam button to schedule your exam. This button will connect you to the exam delivery provider (Pearson VUE or Certiverse) to complete your registration and pay for your exam.

Proceed with scheduling and payment on the test delivery provider website.

Cancel an exam:

If you need to cancel or reschedule an exam, you must make changes to your appointment at least 24-hours in advance.

Changing an exam appointment less than one business day before your appointment, or missing an exam appointment, may result in forfeiting your exam fees. F5 cannot reschedule your exam. If you need to reschedule or cancel your exam, you must contact the test delivery provider directly or log in to the Education Services Portal and use the Schedule Exam button to reschedule or cancel your exam.
