The F5 Certified professional certification program is a closed program and all participants need to register and sign the candidate agreement before taking any exams.

1. Go to the F5 Candidate Portal at education.f5.com
2. Click on the SIGN IN button in the top right
3. Click on the SIGN UP link below the email field.
4. Complete the required fields: First Name, Last Name, Email, Country, Password. You will receive an email with a link to complete your registration. Because the email contains an active link, some mail systems may mark the email as SPAM/Junk. Please check those folders if you do not receive the email within an hour of registration.
NOTE: Effective December 2024, the Candidate Portal is connected to F5 SSO. To align your certification data to your F5 account, use the email address you use in LearnF5, F5 Support, MyF5, DevCentral, etc.
5. Click on the Confirm Account link.
6. This will take you to the F5 2-step authentication menu. Select your preferred two-factor authentication method.
7. Select Verify
First time login note: You have the option of selecting a second 2-step authentication. You can select another 2-step authentication or choose Finish to complete registration.
Once you have registered, you will also be prompted to sign and confirm the Candidate Agreement during the first time login.
