How does “Digital Education: All Access” work?

Digital Education: All Access (DE:AA) is a one-year subscription allowing unlimited access to the entire catalog of F5 Self-Directed Training and 3^rd party learning content, over 450+ hours of video instruction and labs. Subscribers also gain access to every new Self-Directed Training course and lab released during the subscription term. 

Subscriptions can be purchased directly in the Education Services Portal using pre-paid Training Units or credit card payment. Single and multi-user subscriptions are also available via Purchase Order. Email support@mail.education.f5.com for more info about PO purchases.

How do I access the All Access courses?

1. Log into the ESP and select My Profile from the user icon in the upper right corner.
2. Click Purchases to view your subscription.
   
3. Click the blue View Products button to open a listing of all of the self-directed training courses. Click on the hyperlinked name for the course you want to start.
   
4. This will open the course details page. Scroll down to launch the course module and select Start to launch the course.
   

If you have already opened or started a course, you can go back to that course by following these steps:

1. Log into the ESP and select My Profile from the user icon in the upper right corner.
2. Click on the Courses tab to access a list of the courses that are currently in progress.
3. Click on the Continue course button to open the training module at the point where you left the course.
   

How do I access new courses if I have an All Access subscription?

Any new Self-Directed Training course released during your subscription term will automatically be listed in your Available Products view.
