Register for class session (ILT 4a)

1. Click on the class session name on the Events Calendar.

2. Select the session date that you want to attend from the Parts/Schedule list.

3.  Click Request.

Each user must submit their own class registration.

Note: if registration is not available for your selected class date, instead of the Request button, you will see a only an option to Save for Later. You must pick a different class date.

4.Complete the registration form (see step 5 for more information on Payment Options). F5 will evaluate any prerequisites and validate payment details. You will receive an e-mail confirming your form submittal that will provide an expected resolution time.

5. Select your Payment Option and enter supporting detail in the Comments section. Do not enter credit card details; instructions will be provided.

6. After submitting your form, your registration will appear in the Pending Approval status (click Learning, View Your Transcript).

Registrations are generally completed within 3 business days.

Note: In most cases enrollment for F5-taught sessions will close one week prior to the start of class.

If your request is not approved, or requires additional handling you will be contacted by e-mail.

Depending on your method of payment, you will have additional actions required in LearnF5. We will email instructions once your registration is approved.

Additional Statuses

1. Approved
Enrollment approved and ready for you to complete payment.

2. Denied
Your request has been denied. Possible issues with Payment, prerequisite issues, or Partner status.

3. Registered
You have been enrolled. This status is also confirmed by e-mail.

You will receive a Registration Confirmation message once your enrollment is approved and any additional payment steps in LearnF5 have been completed. It will contain basic course information such as:

1. Course Title

2. Location information (in most cases your virtual conference link will be provided just before class)

3. Details about the session

4. A link to withdraw from the session

This e-mail will be accompanied by a .ics (universal calendar format) file that will enable you to schedule the class on your preferred digital calendar.

Updates to the class time, other details will be sent by e-mail.
