Why can't I login to the F5 Certified Candidate Portal?

There are many reasons why you might not be able to login to the candidate portal, but here are a few of the most common reasons:

1. You have not enrolled in the F5 program and do not have an account; How do I enroll in the F5 Certified Professionals program?
2. You have forgotten your password or, you are attempting to use your email address as your login ID, instead of your F5 candidate ID (ex: F50123456789). What is an F5 Candidate ID?

If none of these solutions resolve your problem, please open a support ticket and include as much information as possible about your exact problem.
